What kind of tickets are available?
We’ve got daily return/one-way tickets, a 10-journey pass, a 30-journey pass, a 50-journey pass or a 100-journey pass. A journey counts as a one-way ride, and once you buy your pass you can opt-in to whichever day you’d like to travel. Once you opt-in via your account, you’ll have your seat guaranteed on whichever date and time you picked. If you have any questions, please get in touch by emailing email@example.com.
How do I register with Zeelo?
You can register and create a Zeelo account by clicking here and signing in with your email address. You can then head over to zeelo.co/rides/jlr and select the pass that you’d like to purchase. If you’re buying a pass for the first time, you can click on our Free Pass and get it for free with the promo code ‘GAYDON‘.
How do I opt-in to a ride?
Once you’ve purchased your pass, you will need to opt-in to a ride. You can do this by logging in to your account and selecting the date and time of travel that works for you. You can opt-in to as many journeys as your pass allows you to, and once you do you will receive a confirmation email. On the day, you’ll also receive an SMS with a tracking link to see your vehicle.
Do I need to book every day?
If you would like to purchase day passes (return or one-way tickets), you will need to book these every day. However, you can save yourself time and money by purchasing one of our travel passes – these are tickets that have credits of rides on them (e.g. 10-Ride Pass = 10 one way journeys). These never expire and you can use them whenever you like. All you need to do to book onto a journey is log into your account after you’ve purchased the pass, and select the date and time you want to travel.
Do you offer any discounts/promotions?
We are offering a free week for new riders to try us out without any risk. To get the free pass, simply go to zeelo.co/rides/jlr, click on the free pass and put in the promo code ‘GAYDON‘. Create an account with Zeelo before finalising your transaction. You can then log in to your account and manage your pass to book on to rides. Just pick whichever date and time suits you and you’ll get the ticket straight to your phone! On the day of travel, you’ll receive an SMS with a tracking link to see where your bus is.
How last minute can I opt-in to a journey?
You can opt-in up to 5 minutes before the bus departs the first bus stop. Please see our schedule above to find out more.
Can I go to the stop at the last minute and hop on the bus?
You will only be allowed to board the bus if you have bought a ticket and show it to the driver. If you have bought a travel pass, you will need to opt-in to the date and time you’d like to travel and show the ticket to the driver. Unfortunately, you cannot buy and opt-in after hopping on the bus. The cut off period to book via your flex pass is up to 5 minutes before the bus is scheduled to depart the first stop. For one off purchases the cut off period is 45 min prior to departure from the first stop.
Can I pay by credit card or cash on the bus?
No, we only accept online payments made via our website and you will not allow you to board if you do not have a valid ticket for that date/time.
Can I be picked up/dropped off outside of the designated stops?
Other than the stops that we have located on our pick-up/drop-off map we will not be picking up or dropping off passengers anywhere else.
The times don’t work for me but I’d like to use the service, what can I do?
