Tickets and Pricing

We’ve got multiple passes – the Autumn Term travel passes, one for KES and one for SGGS, which includes journeys for the full Autumn (Michaelmas) Term, or a 50 Ride pass, which includes 50 one-way journeys to be used along with the 30 Ride pass, which includes 30. These journeys do not expire and are yours to use whenever you like during the year.

I have some questions about the service, who can I reach at Zeelo?

    1. Zeelo Customer Support can be reached:
      1. On live chat on zeelo.co by clicking the speech bubble in the bottom right of the screen or
      2. Via 0330 808 3306, lines are open:
        1. 5:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday
        2. 8:00 to 22:00 Saturday and Sunday

I have two or more children who I’d like to sign up for the trial, how can I register them all?

You will need to create one unique account per child:

    1. Choose one unique email address and phone number per account
      • For example:
        1. First account for first child – create account in their name, add phone number and email address for first emergency contact
        2. Second account for second child – create account in their name, add phone number and email address for second emergency contact
        3. And so on.
      • The same email address and phone number cannot be used for multiple accounts for fraud reasons.
    2. Choose the type of fare for each child and purchase ticket

Please note that as parents/carers, you are responsible for contacting Zeelo Customer Support and indicate the full list of emergency contacts Zeelo needs to have in order to be able to reach the parents or their carer at any time.

Please, note, you are responsible for typing in correctly the first and last name of your child when signing up and avoiding any spelling mistakes.

How is my child allowed on board?

They will need to show the boarding pass that they will receive by email when booking on their phones or printed.

Can my child have a snack or eat on board?

We strictly forbid children from eating on the bus as other children might have allergies.

My child has allergies or medical needs, what do I need to do?

You will need to contact Zeelo Customer Support as soon as you can so we can take necessary precautions.
